2010 Sturgis Mustang Rally Schedule

Thursday, September 2nd

8:00am - 10am   Pre-Rally Devil's Tower Stampede Tour. Early rally goes can take a nice drive to Devil's Tower Thursday morning. Maps and directions will be available at KickStart.

5:00pm – 9:00pm    Registration – Sturgis Armory  located on the corner of Main St.and Junction St.

6:00pm – 9:00pm    Welcome Reception – Appetizers,  Cash Bar, Wine Tasting (Valiant Vinyards/Sturgis Wine Co.) and Live Music.

Friday, September 3rd
6:00am – 8:00pm    Registration – Sturgis Armory  located on the corner of Main St.  and Junction St. 

8:00am – 6:00pm    Black Hills Poker Run Tour –   Begins at Thunder Dome, 3 miles  East of Sturgis on Highway #34

12pm - 5pm -   JDM Engineering Test & Tune, Open to all registered Mustangs (Pro Class) gates open at 11am gate

7:30pm    Pub Crawl – Begin at Sturgis  Armory located on the corner of Main St. and Junction St.

Saturday, September 4th
7:00am – 10:00am    Show and Shine Line-Up – Lynn’s  Country Market (check judging form for line-up time)

8:00am – 10:00am    Registration – Sturgis Armory

10:00am - 4:00pm -  JDM Engineering Drag Racing Test & Tune, Open to all registered Mustangs (Pro Class)

6:00 pm - JDM Engineering Drag Racing - The Big Race

10:00am – 4:00pm    Show and Shine Judging and Public Viewing – Sturgis Main St.

12:00 (noon)    Classic Mustang Auction - Big Al’s, located on Sturgis Main St.

5:00pm – 5:15pm    Cruiser Night Parade Line Up – Thunder Dome, 3 miles East of Sturgis on Highway #34

5:00pm – 6:00pm    Cruiser Night Parade – Sturgis’s Main St. 

6:00pm – 12:00am    Street Class Drag Racing – Sturgis Dragway on Highway #79 (if you plan on competing, please bring a helmet, limited number available)

Sunday, September 5th
(all Sunday events take place at the Thunder Dome except the JDM drag racing)

8:00am - 4:00pm    Auto-Cross Competition
(if you plan on competing, please  bring a helmet, limited number  available)

8:00am – 4:00pm    Mustang Corral Swap Meet 

10:00am - 5:00pm -   JDM Engineering Drag Racing, Bracket Challenge. Open to all registered Mustangs (Pro Class) Come and see who is the best of the best

4:00pm    Roll-to-Win NEW Mustang GT

6:00pm – 10:00pm    Awards Banquet/Dinner and the Jeffery Lloyd Band

Monday, September 6th
10:00am – 4:00pm    Mustang Rodeo at Thunder Dome
